House Leader Bimal Ratnayake says that the IMF agreement has been revised and that the country will know about it in the upcoming budget.

That was at the parliamentary meeting held yesterday (Dec. 4).

The minister also said that the decision on tax reduction can only be made through a parliamentary act and the President cannot make decisions about it.

He further mentioned that there has been a discussion in the society about whether taxes will be reduced or not and the country will be able to see this in the upcoming budget.
